Join your fellow Southwest Alaskan softball coaches and me for a transformative Coaching Workshop in beautfiul Homer, Alaska. We will discuss your coaching why, how to motivate players and design effective practice plans, and how to build up your team to not only achieve athletic success, but also personal growth.
